GeoVinty Clothing is responsible for personal information it receives directly through enquiries and business interactions. Privacy questions can be sent to geovintyclothing@gmail.com.

• Your name, email address, telephone or WhatsApp number, and the contents of your enquiry.
• Information needed to discuss a fitting, collection, market visit or order-related question.
• Basic technical information that the website host may process for security and reliable delivery, such as an IP address, browser type, device information and access time.

This website does not directly collect payment-card details. Purchases and payments take place through Yaga.

3. Why we use it

We use personal information to respond to enquiries, arrange fittings or collections, communicate about products or markets, keep necessary business records, prevent misuse, maintain website security, and comply with legal obligations. We use only the information reasonably needed for these purposes.

4. When information is shared

Information may be processed by service providers that support website hosting, email, telephone or messaging. If you choose an external link, services such as Yaga, Instagram or WhatsApp process information under their own privacy terms. We do not sell personal information.

Some technology providers may process information outside South Africa. Where this occurs, GeoVinty takes reasonable steps to use providers and arrangements that offer appropriate protection for personal information.
