These terms apply when you browse or use the GeoVinty Clothing website. By using the site, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

2. Website information

GeoVinty aims to keep product descriptions, prices, availability, images and other information accurate. Because pieces are handmade, upcycled and one of a kind, colours, textures, placement and finishes may vary. We may correct errors or update website content without notice.

3. Purchases through Yaga

This website showcases GeoVinty pieces, but purchases are completed on Yaga. A purchase is therefore also subject to the relevant Yaga listing, Yaga’s terms, payment process, delivery arrangements and dispute procedures. If this website and an active Yaga listing differ, confirm the current details before purchasing.

Nothing in these terms removes any rights that cannot lawfully be excluded, including applicable rights under South African consumer law.

4. One-of-a-kind availability

Items may sell quickly and availability is not guaranteed until a purchase is confirmed through the selling platform. GeoVinty may withdraw, update or replace a listing at any time.

5. Acceptable use

You may use this site for lawful personal browsing and enquiries. You may not interfere with the site, attempt unauthorised access, scrape content at scale, impersonate another person, or use the site or its content for unlawful or misleading purposes.

6. Intellectual property

The website content and GeoVinty creative work are protected as described in the Copyright Notice. No rights are granted except the limited personal use described there.

7. External services and links

The site links to services such as Yaga, Instagram and WhatsApp. GeoVinty does not control those services and is not responsible for their availability, security, content or privacy practices. Review their terms before using them.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, GeoVinty is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising solely from use of, or inability to use, this informational website.
